Confusion Over Absence of Abadi's Speech at the UN Today

It appears Abadi was still in Iraq and never present at the UN in New York today. Could this be a cover story for what actually happened? Could it be that he was in-fact prepared to announce the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar today but was told off by the NPTB/APTB? Perhaps, because the USN is not visibly traded in the market yet? Believe or don't believe, you're right either way. ~ Dinar Chronicles

Confusion over the Iraq speech at the UN that never was

Iraq's prime minister Haider Al-Abadi pulled out of trip to New York amid political crisis at home

September 22, 2017

Confusion reigned Thursday afternoon as Iraq’s allotted time to deliver its address to the UN General Assembly came and went – without a word from the Iraqi delegation. According to the UN schedule distributed Thursday morning and live on the UN General Assembly website, after Slovenia’s Prime Minister Miro Cerar delivered his address, it was time for Iraq’s Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi to deliver his, to be followed by the German Vice-Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel.

The website was updated moments later, pushing Iraq’s slot a little further down. And still no Iraqi address. The same was repeated twice, before Iraq was pulled off the list altogether without any update. It appears that the Iraqi prime minister did not come to New York after all as Iraq faces one of its worst political crises with the continued insistence by the Kurdish Regional president to hold an independence referendum to break away from Iraq. The referendum is due to take place on Monday, despite wide international rejection of it.

The Iraqi Prime Minister was slated to address the General Assembly, taking the place of the Iraqi President Fuad Masum who as late as Saturday was meant to be leading the Iraqi delegation to New York. However, a day before he was due to travel, Mr Masum decided to stay in Iraq as the political crisis deepens. Mr Masum is under increased pressure as he is the head of state of Iraq, meaning he should represent its sovereign will, and yet his political party PUK, has publicly supported the referendum.

Responding to questions from The National, an official from the UN Media Accreditation and Liaison Unit said "there has been a lack of clarity for some hours.. we still have not been given a response from the Iraqi side". And so, until the time of publishing this article, it was unclear when Iraq would be addressing the international community.

The confusion reflected a wider reality of confusion over Iraq. Late Wednesday night, the US issued a strongly worded statement announcing it "strongly opposes" the referendum. It went on to say "All of Iraq’s neighbours, and virtually the entire international community, also oppose this referendum. The United States urges Iraqi Kurdish leaders to accept the alternative", which the US State Department said includes a serious and sustained dialogue with Iraq’s central government, facilitated by the United States and United Nations. "The costs of proceeding with the referendum are high for all Iraqis, including Kurds", warned the US in stark remarks from an ordinarily supportive America to Iraq’s Kurds.

Mr Al-Abadi was to address the UN only hours after declaring a renewed military effort against ISIL and was meant to present his country’s plans for a post-ISIL future. Instead, Iraq’s Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari has been leading the Iraqi delegation. It is expected Mr Al-Jaafari will eventually deliver Iraq’s address, but the timing remained unclear, as UN protocol mandates that heads of state speak first, then followed by heads of government, and lastly foreign ministers. Iraq had been given a position earlier on in the week when the head of state was due to speak.

If Abadi is still in Iraq, that is where he should be when he does announce the monetary reform, so let's hope he does it by Sunday.

I was under the impression that he already announced that monetary reform was completed.

Briona:

I won't consider the monetary reform done, until the RV shows up.

QUESTION ? Could A do a conference call to UN assembly from Iraq

Desire » September 21st, 2017

Yes, via satellite

Walkingstick » September 21st, 2017

Regardless, keep in mind...Whether Abadi or an alternate address the UN, or not... If, they keep up the accelerated pace, as they did in liberating west of Anbar... Claiming, a nearing complete liberation of Iraq (possibly within 48 hours), per articles ... I believe, his addressing the Iraqis and the world.. From, within Iraq... Announcing a complete liberation, secure borders...will have a much greater impact on the Iraqis themselves, and world bodies...then, a speech at the podium of the UN.. It appears, in reading .. he intends to do just that.... We wait, to see....

Kuwait 's economy allocates most of its word in New York about Iraq .. What did she say?

The Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah said his country plans to host an international conference next year for donors to support Iraq, in cooperation and coordination with Baghdad and the international community.

In his address to the United Nations General Assembly in New York, he reiterated his country's commitment to helping Iraq regain its regional and international role.

In his speech, al-Sabah said that Iraq faces great security, political and economic challenges, most notably confronting and combating terrorist organizations and extremist groups.

And congratulates the Iraqi government and the Iraqi people on the victories achieved by their forces on the ground in the fight against the organization of the Islamic state and rid many areas of the grip of the organization.

He expressed the hope that these achievements would continue and that the remaining areas of the Organization would continue to be consolidated. This would contribute to strengthening the efforts of national reconciliation among the various components of the Iraqi people and would restore security and stability and preserve the unity, independence and sovereignty of Iraq and create conditions for the start of reconstruction and reconstruction efforts. US investment in Vietnam expected to make breakthroughs

21st September, 2017

Procter&Gamble (P&G), a US consumer goods corporation which has been in Vietnam since 1995 with initial registered capital of 360 million USD, has three factories in the country

Hanoi (VNA) – The US ranked ninth out of 122 countries and territories investing in Vietnam as of September 2017, with 835 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects worth 9.39 billion USD.

Economists forecast that US investment in Vietnam will increase in the near future.

At the end of August 2017, Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd., which has operated in Vietnam for more than 20 years, announced the completion of an expanded investment package worth 300 million USD in the Southeast Asian nation from 2013-2016, raising the company’s total capital to more than 500 million USD.

Calin Dragan, Regional Director of Coca-Cola in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, said the package will serve as a foundation for Coca-Cola to invest deeper in Vietnam.

Procter&Gamble (P&G), a US consumer goods corporation which has been in Vietnam since 1995 with initial total registered capital of 360 million USD, has three factories in the country.

Omar Channawi, P&G Vice President of the Asia-Pacific Region, said at a recent workshop held by the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment that Vietnam is one of P&G’s major markets and the corporation plans to invest more in the country.

During Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s visit to the US in late May 2017, about 20 contracts and agreements were signed by the two countries.

While in the US, the Vietnamese leader met with leading US businesses Exxonmobil, Nike, Boeing and MacKinsey, and affirmed that Vietnam welcomes US businesses to invest in Vietnam.

Many US enterprises said they appreciate Vietnam’s investment environment, stressing that they plan to invest in the country.

John Hill, US Vice Acting Ambassador to Vietnam, said Vietnam’s investment environment has improved significantly, with the most noteworthy development being the issuance of the Law on Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SMEs), which demonstrates the Government’s commitment to helping SMEs and the economic private sector to develop. This is a foundation for Vietnam to attract investment from foreign countries, including the US, he said.

Jonathan Moreno, Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce, said one of US investors’ biggest concerns is infrastructure in Vietnam, especially transport infrastructure, which affects not only traffic but also the transportation of goods. He suggested the country improve its infrastructure to lure more investment.

Urgent questions from a political prisoner

By benjamin

1) Have you heard of Leo Wanta and the $30 trillion plus of money that was stolen from him by the Bush cabal? What do you know of the current prospects for release of the money to Wanta by Trump?

Yes I have heard of Mr. Wanta. He is not about to get his money. Instead he is going to join the long list of people who have been ripped off astronomical sums by the establishment in Washington DC. Just ask the Kuomintang Chinese about how much luck they have had getting their historical gold holdings back. We are going to have to put these people out of business but doing so will not get any money back. It will just stop them from stealing more.

2) What do you think of the cloning situation in Washington, D.C., with so many government officials having impostors standing in for them, and the same for the media? I hope your are aware of how far the cloning goes in our chain-of-command…

Many people have told me about clones and cloning and there is definitely something to it. One Asian triad assassin told he how he killed his “Jewish handler” only to have the same man reappear later. However, until we have definitive disclosure on this subject, I use Occam’s razor and look for explanations within the mainstream world paradigm. There is beyond a doubt the use of body doubles enhanced with plastic surgery and the use of computer graphics to create TV appearances of dead people is widespread.

3) Are you aware of Preston James’ writings? He is a columnist for Veterans Today, and writes extensively on the history and methods of the Khazarian mafia and the Secret Shadow Government. What is your opinion of him and Veterans Today?

Yes I like his writing and support much of what he says. Veteran’s today is a valuable source of opinion and intelligence on the net. I do not agree with everything they say and do and that is how it should be in an environment of open and healthy discourse.

Hahaha this message was great.

The sentences: we enjoy warnings as we never know what you will do next.

I was sitting outside taking a break from playing street hockey with my 3 year old. I have four children and live by this mantra. I try to make sure I write all the funny stories down in their book, which they will get when they turn 20.

It seems to me, going by what a number of the guru's have told us, that the end of the month is our time to see this rv finally come to fruition. A lot of the reports and Sit Reps of late have done nothing but confuse and anger me so I felt replying to them would be yet another lesson in futility. I just pray to God this is not another pump fake. We have seen a lot of changes over the last couple weeks, one being that Chase will be lead American bank. Do you really think Chase is any better than Wells Fraudgo? We lost our home to Chase in the housing collapse back in 2008. The were just as crooked as Wells was. Just wondering if we haven't jumped out of the frying pan into the fire with this. I hope for everyone's sake, especially of the people that are in great need around the world, that this is not another pack of lies so the elders can better position themselves geo politically for when this does come out.

Just saying.

"Independence Day" by ubiety - 9.21.17

Entry Submitted by ubiety at 5:26 PM EDT on September 21, 2017

Based on content within:
"Compliance" - GCR/RV Intel SITREP - Thursday - September 21, 2017

Perhaps, not a small thing?

The terms of art is "compliance". It has a fairly common sense meaning which translates pretty well to the context of "Post-RV" wealth - what's on most of our minds. Separate from the philosophical questions of "what is your motivation to do what with your wealth", it is important that we not stumble into unintentional problems. Of course, this is possible. One, not so unlikely, example might be direct but completely innocent payment of some funding to a government official. Doing so may or may not violate local laws on bribery or the like. Help is important to simply know the local laws, know the "channels" for directing charitable funds, especially in foreign countries with varying laws.

The above article ("sitrep") suggests joining a membership organization where others in the same position as you will provide help for this and, probably, other matters connected with managing your humanitarian projects. Sure, it's always good to have a friend and comrade while fighting the good fight. But, for finding professional help, I have another idea.

Whether its a lawyer with experience in business, transactional, or international law, someone with professional experience navigating through the local laws where you are operating, it's a better bet for success than a membership organization where your either getting help from others in the same mire, or you're having to talk with a lawyer or consultant who has at least as much allegiance to the organization than to you.

An organization of similarly situated people is collegial and understanding. But, just like Elks Club would be the wrong place to go to get your business contracts reviewed, an organization of freshly minted trillionaires is not where you go to navigate laws ("compliance") across the globe. The closest you'll get to help at the Elks Club is, maybe, to get a referral. But then, the dinar/currency community has been pounding it into us for literally years that we need a "team" in place, and they weren't talking about a joining a membership organization trying to be the "everything" organization.

You get counsel from someone you know and trust, someone with whom you have a relationship, not an organization. If you don't have ideas of your own, if you want someone else to "manage" and monitor your humanitarian project, if you want to have someone else chose your legal counsel, and if you feel comfortable going with the institutional flow of such an organization, then by all means, join up and enjoy their program. But, if you want to choose your legal counsel, hand pick the people who will manage your projects, and enjoy the "group" for what it is, then select your own attorney, handpick your own team, and establish long-term relationships focused on your goals, Certainly, money won't be an issue. You will be able to easily compensate a dedicated team to encourage their singular loyalty.

Everybody has a different style. I don't wish to discourage anyone from joining a group that "feels" right to them for whatever reason. And I have zero expectation or interest in a referral from anyone here. I've been practicing law for over 35 years, but I'll be busy with my own projects and building my own handpicked team members and larger organization. Just stay conscious and alert to anything that herds you into someone else's program, style, and priorities. We've been too patient for too long, too vigilant for the whole ride, and too resistant to the naysayers in our lives to turn it all over to some brand new and unknown organization or group which has no more real life experience than most currency holders reading this. The RV certainly signals a chance to reclaim so much that humanity has lost, but it also your Independence Day!

Stay "grounded", but also and very importantly, hold tightly to your independence. It doesn't require dissolving into an organization to have relationships of like-minded and brand new trillionaires!

I am,

ubiety
